Stitchers season 3 episode 3 spoilers: Kirsten’s struggle; Camille’s hangover
So why is she hung over? Well, her new relationship could be a factor in that given that she is now heavily encouraged to go out for some “meetings” outside of the job. It’s great for her to be able to build some new experiences. As for going into work wearing sunglasses and being extremely cranky? It probably will cause her to have some problems on the job, but we’re not going to lie about this being producing a pretty funny scene where she natches Linus’ phone away from him right in the middle of texting.
This scene should give Linus / Ivy ‘shippers out there a little bit of hope that something is brewing … though it’s a little too far away for it to be official.
Meanwhile, this does also further prove that Camille’s life over the third season is going to be turned upside down many times over.
As for what else is coming up on the next new episode, be prepared for some more drama to unfold when it comes to Kirsten as she struggles to make the bounce out of stitch world. Her respiratory system is failing, and the team tries to rush her to the death memory in order for the mission to be complete.
The big significance of this preview is probably not so much about the death memory as it is Cameron’s handling of the situation. He was put in charge on this past episode, and that does in turn raise a significant conflict since you have to remember for a moment here that his feelings for Kirsten could get in the way of doing the right thing for his job here and there. It’s only human for that to happen, but it may not be in the best interest of everyone.
Oh, and we presume that at some point along the way Kirsten is going to get a step closer to finding her mother; it just may not happen in this week (this is a procedural, after all), but it may happen eventually.
