Switched at Birth season 5 episode 8 promo: Beyond 100th episode

Switched at Birth season 5 episode 8

What’s coming up after the 100th episode Switched at Birth season 5 episode 8 is going to mark an opportunity for us to find out, as within the story of “Left in Charge,” we’re going to see what happens when parties run amok, when relationships have trust issues, and we start to get a good sense as to how the series is going to be wrapping up. It may be hard to think this way in the aftermath of such an emotional hour tonight, but there are only a few more stories still to tell with this show.

Luckily, in this case the fine folks over at Freeform were generous enough to share a wide array of details as to what is coming up. With that, there’s no reason for ambiguity in regards to the story ahead.

Switched at Birth season 5 episode 8 synopsis – “Needing to pay their electric bill, Bay and Daphne throw a “lights on” party at their apartment above the Cracked Mug but things go awry when Toby overhears two students making disability jokes. Toby and Bay’s high school frenemy Simone (guest star Maiara Walsh, “Notorious”) turns up looking glamorous and successful, igniting insecurities and competitive behavior.

“Meanwhile, as Daphne and Chris (guest star Sam Adegoke, upcoming “Michael Jackson: Searching for Neverland”) get to know each other better, she starts to suspect that he’s hiding a big secret. Kathryn and Regina do some old-school snooping on Luca (guest star Michael Galante, “Jane the Virgin”) after Regina sees a questionable text on his phone.”

Overall, you have to wonder about the Daphne / Chris and Regina / Luca pairings, and if either one of them now makes it to the series finale. You also have to wonder just how things are going to conclude with Bay and Daphne, given that their living situation at present is absolutely causing problems.

Promo – This reveals that Daphne did learn something at the health center … but what is it? To go along with that, you’ve also got in here Bay trying to figure out if she and Daphne can afford the lifestyle that they’re currently living.
