NCIS Los Angeles season 8 bringing another Densi surprise
You’ll get a chance for the two to have a fun storyline later this season; specifically, we’re talking about the upcoming Sunday, March 26 episode entitled “767,” which mostly sounds on paper like you are going to see everyone stuck on an airplane. There will actually be an airplane story in this episode for Sam and Callen, but it’s going to be a little bit different than what you would expect.
What we’re here to discuss more than anything in terms of this story is the Densi storyline revolving around him working out a surprise get together for Kensi and her friends from out of town. He realizes most likely just how much she’s been through, and that she probably needs a little bit of a break from the craziness of her world. It’s a romantic gesture for a couple who really needs to have a little bit more time in order to be romantic. It’s something that they really haven’t gotten a lot of over the course of the past several months with the mole storyline and of course Kensi’s recent torture.
By the end of the season, there are of course many things that we’d love to see for the two parties, with a wedding somewhere near the top of the list. As for the odds of that actually happening, we’d argue for the most part that they’re pretty unlikely. You do have to remember that the show’s almost certainly going to be renewed for a season 9, and as a result of that, we’re probably going to continue to see the show slow-burn things to the best of their ability. They know that they don’t need to hurry anything along, and at the same time there are plenty of other procedural stories that the show wants to take on now that they’ve put the mole into the back seat for a little bit seemingly.
Aside from possible weddings, at the moment we’d certainly be super-happy if we did get an opportunity to see coming up another case that gave the two characters an opportunity to work together undercover. Any chance that we can have to get them in the same place and outside of their element is music to our ears. That’s what made the most-recent episode so fun.

Not a huge fan of Densi (the characters are okay individually). I’d say get them engaged and married ASAP so we can all move on. Better yet, have them get married off screen, go on their honeymoon, and come back married.

Get ’em engaged, married and then who cares. Just get this whole boring relationship over and done and move on to something more interesting–which would be ANYTHING. Densi’s a drag.

This article asked for posts about what we want to see about all things Densi . Those of us who posted are clearly Densi fans looking to discuss with others what we want to see as a path forward for our favorite couple. I am not sure I understand why you find it necessary to come back off the main board where you constantly disparage both Deeks and Kensi and attack each post back here with words like boring, drag, and Densi is a joke.It really feels to me like you are trying to bully us .

It asked what we want to see about all things Densi. Some viewers don’t want to see or don’t care about seeing anything Densi. Their opinions are just as valid as all the Densi followers who keep posting about how much they hate Anna–who has nothing to do with Densi. To say a character is boring or dull or a joke isn’t bullying; it’s just a different opinion. Bullying is when comments are made about the person making the post, and since Kensi and Deeks aren’t actual people, they probably aren’t feeling bullied.

Respectfully disagree. I think you are correct when someone says someone is boring or dull that is not bullying. I think , however, when you call a couple that people like and have just written very positively about a joke, that is disrespectful to the person who posted and you are trying to bully them into not posting.

ENGAGEMENT of course. The other is NO ANNA, she serves no real purpose and can be heard about but not seen, like Joelle was when dating Callen. Callen needs a woman that he can have chemistry with. I thought he and Hunter would be great together, not liking each other at first is usually a good sign of future chemistry, etc. but please, no more Anna, seriously. One couple in the office is enough and they took yrs to make Densi and it worked. Anna was just to be Callens last chance for love, why have her in the field??? Keep any future girlfriend in the background but seen a few times like if she needs a ride home from her job, etc, dinner, but please NO MORE ANNA, if they keep her, I will still have to #ff thru her scenes. It loses a lot doing that, but cannot watch Anna at all. From an American woman’s point of view? Talia would have been perfect for Callen too. Unfortunately Hunter killed, have not seen any Talia on NCISLA season 8???!!!

Of course there’s no mention of Anna, but you have to bring her up. Why are so many Densi fans, like you, so insecure about another couple? Let’s get Kensi and Deeks engaged this year, so the whining stops and we can all move on. Next season they can get married at the beginning and then divorced at the end. lol
And you say Densi isn’t your favorite. Too funny!! BTW, the actress who played Talia is on another show. And as an American woman (don’t know what that has to do with anything), Densi is a joke. :-)

ENGAGEMENT. More involved in the action,on the cover of the season 8 DVD. The show is more than Callen and Sam and Eric and Daniela along with everyone else deserve to be given credit for its success. And a LOT less Anna!!!!!!!!!! She is boring and there is absolutely no chemistry with her and Callen.

Engagement. We were promised a season 8 engagement , so hopefully TPTB deliver. We were also promised Deeks, M in season 8, so hopefully they deliver that too! I would really like to see them undercover as a couple, I would also like to see more of Deeks and Kensi in the promotional materials. NCIS LA has the best shipped couple on TV, the fans love them, they need more visibility and a bigger part on the show!

I agree, Densi has been written about as the “perfect office couple”! They took their time which made it work. But S8 they are trying to “ship Callanna” and went too fast, there is no chemistry there between Anna and Callen. They seem to want Anna and Callen like Densi, NEVER HAPPEN. Densi is cute, adorable and perfect partners, great acting. Callanna is boring, trying too hard and that made it worse, Chris O’DONNELL is a great actor and deserves an actress that can “act”! It looks like the actors are carrying Anna along, again, trying too hard and it only hurts the other actors performances.
DENSI should be the ONLY couple in NCISLA. Too much time and effort has been taken away from the show trying to ship Callanna, get rid of Anna.

I don’t know what office you work in, but in a real office, Deeks would have been reprimanded multiple times for his inappropriate comments. Keep Anna and Callen (an adult couple); Callen and Anna will never be as silly and infantile as Densi. Keep Densi for the kids (even if ECO is 40 he acts 10), and let the adults enjoy the other couples (even Eric & Nell are more adult than Densi in many ways).

Don’t know that I agree Eric and Nell are more mature than Densi (maybe Nell). Didn’t know ECO was 40. Liked Kensi and Deeks better when they were just partners.
