‘The Flash’ season 3 spoilers: New photos of Jessica Camacho as Gypsy

Tuesday night’s “The Flash” is getting closer and closer to coming on the air, and there definitely appears to be a few different reasons as to why you would want to watch. The photos that we’ve got for “Dead or Live” now offer up a couple of them.

First and foremost, you’ve gotta talk about Jessica Camacho as Gypsy. The “Sleepy Hollow” alum is coming aboard as the character, an inter-dimensional officer whose responsibility seems to be bringing back H.R. to his home to stand trial for his crimes. Bouncing around between dimensions isn’t exactly something that is celebrated on his earth, and he may need to stand trial for it … or it least he would were Cisco Ramon not interested in pulling a Tyrion Lannister and declaring trial by combat.

The idea of Cisco vs. Gypsy is interesting for a few different reasons. For one, he seems to be crushing on her hard, which may mean that Gypsy is replacing Lisa Snart on his list of “possible female love interests that could easily kill him.” Also, she’s got similar powers to his own, and probably understands how to use hers much better. Finally, this battle allows you to get a good look at Cisco’s Vibe costume, which is great mostly in that he gets to finally be a hero and embrace it, rather than be simply afraid of it.

While we cannot speak too much as to the extent of the Gypsy / Cisco battle, it’d be interesting if they both manage to survive this trial, and also if we get an opportunity to see H.R.’s Earth more in full at some point. Maybe we don’t need to do a full field trip a la Earth-2 last year, but it would be fun to see a little bit more of where he comes from. Given that he’s rather wacky, we gotta think that life on his Earth is a little bit strange to go along with it.
