‘Chicago Fire’ season 5 spoilers: Dawson, Casey, and various degrees of trouble
Before we proceed, can anyone else out there come up with a show that does a better job of being foreboding with the episode titles? If you figure it out, let us know in the comments.
Meanwhile, based on the material that NBC has released from this episode, both Dawson and Casey are going to be facing some different struggles beyond just Louie and his father. For Dawson, for example, she will have a very trying rescue involving a pregnant teen in need of help. Meanwhile, Casey will be forced to make an incredibly difficult decision when he is faced with two people in dire need of his help. Odds are, this is what the title is in reference to. If Casey’s actions ultimately do end up determining who makes it out of the crisis alive, we do think that this is something that is probably going to weigh on him for a rather extensive amount of time moving into the future.
There is also a Severide story in this episode, but the only thing that we want to say about that for now is that whatever happens in the crossover is going to have some reverberations for a rather long time, and that includes what you’re going to see here.
Since we feel as though we’ve already done a rather extensive job getting everyone pumped for the crossover, may we suggest now that you head over here to check out a new sneak peek? This one features Severide alongside Lindsay, so odds are there is a lot for you to appreciate here if you consider yourself a fan of Sophia Bush. (Photo: NBC.)

Only problem with the cross-over is that I can’t stand to watch CPD
