‘Big Brother OTT’: Mapping out Veto scenarios
Scenarios. That’s a word made iconic by Jozea Flores, ironically the one player who had an opportunity to play “Big Brother: Over the Top” before America decided to not include him.
This is a week with a number of reasonably interesting scenarios, being that you’ve got only two people voting to evict someone this week, one person guaranteed safety in Justin, and also Morgan as the Head of Household. There are only three people eligible to leave this week in Kryssie, Shelby, and Jason, and given that nobody is afraid of Kryssie, it’s hard to imagine a scenario where she leaves the game.
So with today being an extremely quiet one in the house with very little strategy, we figured that it would be a rather fun little diversion to trace through what all of the possibilities could be for some of the remaining players this week depending on what happens with the Veto.
If Morgan wins it – Pretty cut-and-dry, really. Morgan opts not to use it, and then both Justin and Shelby cast their votes to evict Jason.
If Shelby wins it – Basically the same thing, though if she wanted to be especially cruel about it she could Veto Kryssie off the block, which, by our understanding, would mean that Jason would virtually leave by default. We doubt that would happen since Jason would be sitting around from the Veto Ceremony until Wednesday for no good reason.
If Jason wins it – He removes himself, Shelby automatically goes up, and he and Justin evict Shelby from the game.
If Kryssie wins it – This situation is a little more interesting, given that Justin could tie up the vote and allow Morgan to evict Jason over Shelby if he really wanted to. He’s been playing both sides, and this would be a big play. Luckily, we don’t think for Justin’s sake that he’ll be in this situation.
If Justin wins it – He’s in a spot once again where he controls who goes, and he’s talked about getting rid of both of them at various points. We almost feel like he’d prefer to throw it and not be put into this position at all.
