‘Teen Wolf’ season 6 promo all about the Ghost Riders

The Ghost Riders  are coming to “Teen Wolf” season 6 starting with the show’s November 15 premiere, and based on the new promo that we have for you below, there is very much a clear reason to fear these characters for who they are, and also precisely what they could be capable of.

What we know about them at their core is this: They possess the horrifying ability to make a person be forgotten. This is a fate that will befall Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) at some point early on in the season, and from here, the struggle becomes complicated. It’s one thing to try to bring someone back when they’re in danger of dying; it’s another thing altogether to not remember them. First, you have to be able to detect that something is wrong in your world; then, you need to have the capacity to be able to do something about it, and when the dust settles, that often proves itself to be an incredibly difficult task.

Visually, the Ghost Riders look creepy, but we also have some glimpses of some other villains below to amp up the scare factor. We don’t quite think that this is a season meant to shock you with blood and gore; this is more about the psychological ramifications of being a part of this world, and the challenges that come in both building a legacy and merely trying to survive long enough to make it to graduation.

Based on MTV’s promotional campaign, alone, it looks like this could be the best season yet. Let’s hope that it is, largely because it also happens to be the last one. The story’s biggest challenge now is conjuring up a satisfying conclusion.
