‘Arrow’ season 5 trailer: Oliver Queen’s team-building exercise

The fifth season of “Arrow” will be here before you know it, and judging from the latest trailer below via The CW, we’re certainly getting the sense that this will be an exciting affair.

Below, you can see the latest trailer for the series, and it is something that gives you a sense of a great deal of the action ahead. You see some sparks flying, some violence, and of course Chad Coleman playing a pretty awesome-looking adversary. Overall, there’s a lot to like here, especially if you’re a Curtis Holt fan and are looking forward to some of the things they could have him doing over the course of the season.

While some of this footage you’ve seen in other forms, we do appreciate the show in particular casting the focus on how Oliver the Mayor could be in as much trouble as Oliver the Green Arrow. Just remember for a moment the sort of place Star City is. Even if he is not wearing a mask, there are a wide array of people who could still want him gone.

Also, who else thinks the “Arrow” production team deliberately kept the hockey mask in there as some sort of Casey Jones reference? That’s at least what we’re feeling for the time being.

The only thing that has us nervous about the new season is how little the show is giving us at present in terms of appearances from John Diggle, who we know will be starting things off overseas.
