Is ‘Big Brother 18’ new tonight on CBS? The final shows

For all fans of “Big Brother,” this has certainly been a busy week. After all, we had new episodes that came on the air both Tuesday and Wednesday, and the annual recap edition is coming on Friday. This is technically the second recap episode the show has given us this summer, which is a little more than usual. (Why not? This show is one of the best TV examples out there of money growing on trees.)

Unfortunately, the abundance of new episodes elsewhere signals that there is some sort of trade-off coming, and in this instance, it means simply that there is no new episode of the show airing on CBS tonight. Why is that? Well, the answer is as simple as the fact that there is football coming on the air. CBS is kicking off their coverage of big games on Thursday night for the next several weeks, and this is one of the shows impacted by it.

While there have been dozens of shows this season, really the last episode of significance left now is the 90-minute finale coming your way on Wednesday, September 21. You’ll get to see all of the final Head of Household Competitions there, plus a jury deliberation and ultimately the declaration of the winner. It should be a fun night! Also, this is also the premiere of “Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X,” which makes the night all the more exciting in the event that you’re a fan of good reality TV.
