Miss America 2017: Start time, where to watch, and live stream info
There are a wide array of different shows airing across television tonight, but for ABC in particular they are bringing back an annual tradition in Miss America. They also do something a little unusual that almost reminds us of new-car models: This is the 2017 edition of the Pageant, even if it is being held in 2016.
So when can you check out the event this year? It will all begin start at around 9:00 p.m. Eastern time, and there are many different storylines worth watching going into this. One of the biggest ones could be seeing how Erin O’Flaherty, the first openly gay contestant in the history of the Pageant, fares with the voters. Of course, we could imagine any potential political conversations during the Pageant to hold greater weight given that we are in the thick of an election year.
As per usual, there is no official live stream, or at least in terms of one for viewers looking to watch for free. You can head over to the official ABC site in the event that you do want to check out the events live if you have a valid subscription to a cable package. That is really the best thing that you can hope for.
For those of you who just want to follow along with the Pageant results, rest assured that we will be back later tonight with the announcement of the winner — and maybe also a few other things here and there if there is anything notable that happens.
