‘Big Brother 18’ live feed spoilers: Veto Ceremony looms; are Paul, Victor making a mistake?
The Veto Ceremony is coming later Monday in the “Big Brother 18” house, and based on everything that is being said and stated right now, the results seem easy to project. Corey is not using the Veto, Natalie and James are staying on the block, and the former is likely the one of the two who is going home.
As good of a game as Paul in particular has played in the house this season, we do think what we’re experiencing right now from him is a possibly-fatal flaw: He can be wound up, and as a result of that he tends to get a little bit out of control. In this particular case, getting “wound up” translates to mean having Nicole and Corey help to push him further that Natalie needs to go.
One of the things that Nicole has taken effectively from Derrick’s game is that she is pretty good at making the target look back to the other players on their way out the door. What this does is that unifies people around them, and has everyone talk a little bit further about what a supposedly-bad person they are. She’s brought up everything from past rantings to her relationship to James to also some supposed interest she has in Victor / Corey as reasons to get rid of her, and that has helped to egg Paul and Victor on.
Here’s the Silver lining ultimately for the Sitting Ducks: While James may be predisposed now to work with Nicole and Corey, we do think Natalie would rather him work with Paul and Victor. In the event she goes, she’s got a little bit of time in order to convince him to move away from Nicole and Corey. Therefore, Paul and Victor could luck out, even in spite of their mistake of going after someone who would likely stick with them after James goes home.
