‘Big Brother 18’ live review: Was Victor Arroyo or Corey Brooks evicted? Jury house pandemonium
Tonight, “Big Brother 18” had the promise of being absolutely insane for one reason: The live feeds before the show. Things were absolutely nuts, and we don’t think it is much of a spoiler to say that there was no real indication one way or another as to who was going to be evicted between Corey and Victor. It all was coming down to James, and while things were leaning close to leaning one way or another before the feeds went down, there were no guarantees.
We’re going to be reviewing the remainder of the episode live, so be sure to check back for more updates.
Before the eviction – Well, was that a quick edit or what? We barely got to see any of the strategy that went into tonight’s craziness. There was little talk of how Victor and Paul managed to fool at least some of the houseguests into going along with their plan that they were secretly at odds.
Jury house segment – This was GOLD. Basically, it was Da’Vonne, Bridgette, and Zakiyah completely roasting Paulie for several minutes straight. Most of it was deserved given some of his comments that he made in the game, and we’re finally happy that Zakiyah spoke her mind! If this was happening to someone who was a little less of a jerk most of the season, we’d have more sympathy. As it is, he can kick rocks.
Eviction – In the end, it was Victor, and that is a major bummer. He and Paul really fought the good fight, but James just would not budge even though it looked like they were close to getting his vote. Hey, this should just be seen as further evidence that he is not going to go against Nicole and Corey by some of the other players.
Seeing Victor’s face when he learned he gets another shot? Priceless.
The returning player competition – Well, it’s included in the endurance tonight, and odds are that this one’s going to be fun! We’re going to have full updates over the course of the comp here.
