‘Zoo’ season 2, episode 11 preview: The path ahead in ‘The Contingency’
Fans of “Zoo” may be lamenting (and understandably so) the fact that we are near the end of the second season, but there are still plenty of things to look forward to. Over the next few weeks, there will be opportunities to finally learn some more information about what is truly happening with Jackson, and also if there is a way to turn matters around for him before we get into the already-renewed third season.
For the sake of next week, let’s focus mostly on “The Contingency,” an episode that is suggesting that he may finally have a few answers coming in his direction. The only thing that may be more surprising than the answers he gets is who he just so happens to get them from. Is that a good enough tease for you? We hope so…
Elsewhere, we don’t know too much about the episode save for what CBS released recently, suggesting that Mitch and Jamie are going to have to take on an animal attack at the Russian Embassy in Washington. Will this be ridiculously cheesy? Probably, but that’s kind of what we enjoy about some of these sequences. The characters take the world that they are in seriously, but at the same time we feel like the tone of the show offers up enough of a wink-and-a-nudge to let us know that they want us to have some silly fun with this.
