‘American Horror Story’ season 6 includes Facebook in latest creepy teaser

AHS -

Sure, the folks at FX may not be altogether keen on giving away many “American Horror Story” season 6 details right now, they continue to be liberal in terms of showing off teasers!

The latest one you can see over at the show’s official Facebook page, and interestingly enough, this one seems to be using the popular social-networking page front and center. It’s an optical illusion where a shadow starts to cover a Facebook comment to go along with the creepy scene above. (To be fair, there are plenty of Facebook comments out there that we wish could be covered with a shadow in some shape or form.)

With the way that FX spoke about the series while at the TCA Summer Press Tour earlier this week, there may be some truth to at least one of the teasers that they have released so far in terms of figuring out the show’s theme. Yet, at this point what is the point in guessing? It’s not like the show has given any sort of tangible evidence that one theory is better than the others, so it’s the equivalent of drawing lottery balls out at the moment.

The biggest thing that we do know is that we’re going to have many cast members back (including Sarah Paulson and Cheyenne Jackson), and that this new season is only ten episodes rather than the 12-13 we’ve seen for the rest of the series to date. The best thing about that is that it may keep the writers from going a little too crazy with all of the extraneous storylines that they’ve crammed in over the past few seasons.
