Did you enjoy the first rodeo for Jonah Hex on “Legends of Tomorrow“? If so, we imagine that you would be rather pleased to hear that he is coming back for more!
In a post on his official Instagram page, Johnathon Schaech himself confirmed that the famed DC Comics character would be returning for at least one episode, though the specifics of his return are not entirely clear. We did wonder back during season 1 if we could ever see him become a permanent fixture as some sort of time-traveling hero, even if that is hard to imagine given that he is a character so indicative of the old west. We’re just glad to have him back given that 1) he’s a killing machine who is super-awesome to watch and 2) he has a preexisting relationship with Rip Hunter, so you are getting a chance to know a regular more through his interactions with someone else.
This second season of the CW series is making a meal out of familiar faces. In addition to many regulars from season 1 coming back, Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), Eobard Thawne (Matt Letscher), Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman), and Leonard Snart (Wentworth Miller) are going to be working together as the Legion of Doom, which in turn could constitute all of the main adversaries for season 2. We still have no clue how this will work, but we are rather excited to find out.
The second season of the show is currently filming, and will be premiering in a matter of months! Stay tuned…
