‘Big Brother 18’ live feed spoilers: Make-ups and gorilla-snatching

All things considered, tonight has been a quieter night of “Big Brother” live feeds than expected. Maybe this is just because we’ve been conditioned over the past few days to expect plenty of arguments.

The first thing we’ll talk about here is something we never really like: People doing things deliberately to be mean. Take, for example, Da’Vonne hiding the stuffed gorilla that Tiffany uses for comfort (even if it doesn’t seem to be originally hers) just for the sake of doing so. Yes, it’s not something to bust out pitchforks over, but it’s in the same vein of the birthday party for the fake giraffe earlier using Bridgette’s birthday stuff: It’s just mean. With James, it’s a little different since they’re clearly pranks and he owns up to them, silly and repetitive as they may be.

Speaking of James, he and Natalie are now back onto the same page after their talk earlier, and seem to have their feelings for each other out in the open. They are probably the realest showmance in the house right now, and one that we find ourselves rooting for even if we are incredibly cynical to this sort of thing.

There was a little campaigning tonight, mostly in the form of Frank doing some rounds. Unfortunately, we don’t quite get the sense that it is doing all that much right now. Do we think that there are people like Nicole and Corey who want Da’Vonne out? Sure, but we’re just not sure if they want her out enough to put their necks out on the line. They may be able to get the majority, but may not want to make a move in
