‘Bachelor in Paradise 3’ spotlight: Will Daniel Maguire be more than just Chad’s foil?
If you are looking at Daniel Maguire as a contender from JoJo Fletcher’s season of “The Bachelorette,” there are more or less just a couple of things that stand out about him: Him getting drunk and in the pool the first night, his job as a “Canadian,” and also him being one of the only people in the house who was edited as a friend for Chad Johnson (other than that time he compared him to Hitler).
So is it possible that Daniel is going to stand out more on “Bachelor in Paradise” season 3 … especially when it comes to romance? That’s something we’re eager to figure out in this spotlight article below.
Show experience – He had an eventful first night on the show, but from that point until his elimination, he was really only seen having discussions here and there with Chad. His exit was about as arrogant as his pre-show bio, as he claimed that JoJo clearly was not picking based on appearance, as he found himself to be much more attractive than some of the people still in the masion.
Romance potential – Low, unless of course there is a clone of himself there. Daniel is good for some comic relief and to be a character, but there’s something about his energy that makes us feel like it’s almost guaranteed he’s not going to be finding a future wife at the end of this. He’ll be lucky to make it a few weeks.
Drama potential – Moderate. While we don’t necessarily see him getting into fights, we could see him grate on some of the other guys, especially if Chad lasts a while and the two end up becoming like the wonder twins of Paradise. Daniel’s going to stir up something, even if he’s not necessarily in there making people cry.
