‘The Bachelorette’ villain Chad Johnson now offering to be Donald Trump’s running mate

Chad -It’s been a few days since Chad Johnson found a way to be in the news cycle, so we suppose that he had to find a way to fix that.

In a post on Twitter, the “Bachelorette” villain / recently confirmed “Bachelor in Paradise” contestant posted a request on Twitter to be Donald Trump’s Vice-Presidential running mate, which is complete nonsense and he knows it. Yet, he’s got more than 300 retweets on it in less than 24 hours, so this is probably what he wanted to get out of it in the first place. Both do have at least a few things in common: They’re known for being reality TV blowhards with controversial opinions, and will speak their minds completely without regard of the feelings of those around them.

The funny thing here is that on a meta-level, the real story may be that Chad is tweeting at all since “Bachelor in Paradise” is filming at present in Mexico. We suppose that there are at least some explanations for this: Maybe production is allowing him to post some random nonsense on Twitter, maybe he already got sent home (in which case, this may be one of the shortest stays of all time), or maybe he’s got someone coming up with this material for him while he’s away.

Regardless of what the reasoning is, one way or another, you better be prepared to get a whole lot of Chad moving into the future. This is clearly not a guy with an intention to go anywhere in the near future when it comes to saying things to get people talking.
