‘UnREAL’ season 2 spoilers: Freddie Stroma suggests return will be ‘brief’ one

Adam -

For those of you out there who were really hoping that we’d get to see a lot of Freddie Stroma on “UnREAL” moving forward, we have some rather-sad news: Adam’s appearance is not going to be a long one.

Speaking to “Entertainment Tonight” recently on the subject of him coming back to the show, here is all the actor was willing to say:

“I have shot it … It’s sort of a brief moment. I guess that’s the best I can say.”

So why is it so brief? We feel like there are a few reasons for that. For one, he is not a series regular on the show anymore, and he’s got a wide array of other projects. He’s a regular on the upcoming ABC series “Time After Time” for one, and he also has a role on “Game of Thrones.” We just saw him turn up for the first time on this past episode as Samwell’s brother, and while we don’t know if he will be turning up again this season, the possibility is definitely there.

“UnREAL” season 2 premieres on Monday, June 6 on Lifetime, and we do know that Adam’s former love interest Rachel is going to have a lot of other things on her plate. Story-wise, it was probably hard to even come up with a reason to give Adam back given that she has moved on to a new season of the show with a new lead. We’ll ultimately see what happens.
