‘Arrow’ season 4, episode 5 video: More on Constantine’s arrival; Diggle – Quentin Lance story

We feel like we have said quite a bit at this point when it comes to the story of Wednesday night’s new episode of “Arrow,” and for good reason. Anytime that you are doing something quite like bringing John Constantine onto your show, it is something that is going to get a lot of press.

We are as stoked as anyone to see John in this world, but the reality is that there are plenty of other awesome stories to come on this show, as well! In the sneak peek video below, you can see executive producer Wendy Mericle explain exactly what is coming for John Diggle and Quentin Lance, as the two are going to embark on a story that brings the two of them more information on Dig’s late brother Andy. Specifically, Mericle claims that there will be some sort of huge reveal on this subject by the time we make it to the end of the hour.

In going back to Constantine, the one big takeaway from this preview is that Oliver and John clearly know each other from something that happened in the past. Could it be a part of the island flashbacks? We’d love that, if for no other reason than that it would give us a little more of an opportunity to make the flashback story into something people actually care about. We know this doesn’t happen often.

No matter what, it definitely seems like there is a great hour of TV coming up Wednesday night, and we’re going to have a wide array of coverage on it soon. Stay tuned!
