For the most part, Friday was a dark day for “Big Brother” live feed viewers, other than eventually learning that Frankie Grande ended up speaking to Liz and Vanessa while they were out of the house. Steve and Johnny Mac were put on the block, and we were left to wait around until the Power of Veto took place on Saturday.
So won this one, and secured a better place in the game to go along with it? It is none other than … Johnny Mac! In other words, he wasn’t that serious when he was telling people that he was going to throw the competition. We feel like at this point, John’s strategy may just be to win out the rest of the way and then see what happens. If he can do it, more power to him … but it’ll be hard, given that we’ve yet to see him actually win Head of Household.
So what happens from here? Steve is still on the block, and we imagine that in order to ensure he goes home, Vanessa will probably nominate Liz alongside him. Austin will vote to evict Steve, and even if John votes to evict Liz, Vanessa will probably break the tie and send him home. So much for the final two deal!
As for how the house is reacting, Vanessa is clearly upset, and seems almost like it may with production over something. Apparently it was close between John and Steve, and apparently John couldn’t throw it because Steve was close to winning. Hey, he’s got an excuse!
