‘Big Brother 17’ live feed spoilers: Who won the final six power of Veto?
While the Power of Veto did change things in the “Big Brother” house this afternoon, did something happen that will really alter the course of things for Austin and the twins? The short answer to that is “not really.”
The good news at the moment comes for Austin himself: He has won the Veto, which means that he is in control in some ways of who could end up going home. However, his victory is very complicated. If he takes himself off, then Julia goes up and it ensures that one of the twins goes home. That’s going to be a tough choice primarily for John, who would likely be the swing vote. Austin, if he takes himself off, would vote to keep Liz, while Vanessa would probably vote to keep Julia, who she has a final-two deal with.
For John and our Head of Household Steve, the issue is this: If you keep Julia around, then you are giving Vanessa even more power thanks to separating Liz from Austin. However, if you get rid of Julia, you are keeping someone in Liz who is better in competitions.
The aftermath of this competition is already strange and interesting, with Vanessa seemingly planted sseeds against Austin to Julia, seemingly so that she can ensure that she gets closer to her in the event she stays over Liz. Vanessa already seems sure that she can get Julia to stay, which we’re not sure is a done-deal just yet.
While we don’t know much about the competition itself, it was seemingly somewhat physical, and Austin apparently got heated at some point when it seemed to him like there was a plan to get him out this week.
