‘Big Brother 17’ live feed spoilers: The Veto players are…

The Power of Veto players on “Big Brother 17” this week are really inconsequential for the most part, with the main reason for it being that it did not matter too much who was going to win it. Vanessa already made it clear that she wants to send either Meg or James home. One of them has to win it to really have a shot.

Now it’s time to get to the good stuff – let’s get to announcing the players: Vanessa, James, Meg, Austin, Liz, and Julia. Yep, the Austwins were chosen by the other players to take part, which is probably a decent draw for James and Meg since Julia is terrible in competitions, and Austin may not try too hard to win it. If he removes one of Vanessa’s nominations, she’s not going to be that happy, and that could cause her to make a move against one of them sooner rather than later.

Ultimately, the real loser for this draw is Johnny Mac, whose participation in the game moving forward is hanging somewhat by a thread based on what Vanessa wants for this week. The Austwins both want him gone, and if she is in a position where she has to name a replacement nominee, she may have to give into the pressure one way or another.

The Veto could take several hours (it often does), but we’ll be back with some of the official results not long after it concludes. Let’s hope it is a crazy one with punishments or some other sort of insanity that impacts the game over the coming days. That’s always fun.
