‘Big Brother 17’ live feed spoilers: Eviction (and returning houseguest) speculation
What is going to happen on Thursday night’s new “Big Brother 17” episode? The first thing that we really can do here is talk about the eviction, which to us at this point feels at least fairly cut-and-dry in terms of what is going to happen: Johnny Mac is going to be evicted over Steve. He really fought hard, but ultimately we had a case here of Vanessa acting like her hands were tied and there wasn’t anything that she could do when the reality is just that she didn’t want to.
Is this the right thing for her to say to John? We’re torn a little bit on it. If there was no returning houseguest twist we think she’d be more honest about it and just say the truth: He is not good for her game. However, she is afraid to do that, given that she thinks he could come back and work with her, which may or may not happen. John is a smart enough guy to know that her claims of not wanting to go against the grain are completely transparent.
As for who could return tonight, it really comes down to the challenge. Athletically, John probably has the adrenaline and the ability on his side more so than Shelli, Becky (with a slightly injured toe, potentially), or Jackie. However, this could be almost a game of chance like last year’s competition was. If it is strictly endurance, than we expect Shelli, John, and Becky to all have a great chance.
Unfortunately for Jackie, we think that she is least likely out of anyone right now to return to the game. She’s not particularly athletic, and we don’t think that the challenge will be questions or something that simple. Either it will be endurance (which is what we’re hoping for, since that was really fun in season 15) or something skill / luck-based that can be done on the show tonight. Luck is really the one thing that Jackie has; she is, after all, from Vegas…
