‘Big Brother 17’ live feed spoilers: Johnny Mac becomes bait

We’ve been really happy as of late to see Johnny Mac pushing hard to get off of the block on “Big Brother 17.” However, the sad thing about it right now is that he is basically being used so that Vanessa can figure out whether or not she can trust James and Meg in the future.

After being pitched on a plan to join forces with James and Meg in order to take on the twins over the course of the coming weeks, we saw Vanessa basically then go back and tell the twins more of what she did in the event to see if James / Meg hold onto what John tells them. If they come back and talk about it, then it is a way to see more if they can be worked with, or if this is just some sort of temporary thing. She seems to want to blindside the dentist, at least unless James and Meg tell him that he is going home a little bit before it happens.

Vanessa has also told John to try to present a deal to the twins to go along with this plan; while that’s probably not going to work, he can offer something such as throwing HoH and agreeing to be the pawn next week.

There is one big flaw when it comes to Vanessa’s plan right now: If Johnny Mac finds out that she is basically using him, this is someone who could feel embarrassed after the fact. This is where juries get bitter; people can respect good players, but nobody wants to be made out to look stupid on TV. She has to be careful of towing that line, especially since John could return to the game.
