Is ‘The Fosters’ season 3, episode 11 new tonight on ABC Family?

For all of those who  enjoy “The Fosters,” let’s hope that you are the patient type. Unfortunately, there’s not going to be another chance for you to check out the show on ABC Family until early next year.

Last week marked the end of the summer portion of the season, and we feel like as far as mid-season finales go, this was a pretty solid one that fans of the show can really get behind. They really didn’t do that much to torment us, and instead gave us a brief moment of happiness. Jesus is back (though played by a new actor), Callie is now officially a part of the Adams – Foster clan, and everything seems to be on the road to recovery for Stef and Lena. Lots of great stuff happening here.

Now that we’ve said all of this, we’d be silly to think that life will suddenly start to get easy for these people. You do still have to remember that you are going to see Callie and Brandon figure out their relationship, which definitely got complicated when the two parties slept together right before the court hearing took place.

While “The Fosters” is off the air for the summer, “Switched at Birth” will be taking its place alongside “Chasing Life” in the lineup. We’re going to have some more updates all about these shows coming up in the near future, so be on the lookout for them … and hopefully, the wait will go by fairly quickly.
