‘The Last Ship’ season 2 spoilers: ‘Valkyrie’ features Ramsey vs. Chandler like never before

Just in case you did not think that the battles between Ramsey and Chandler were not intense so far on “The Last Ship” season 2, it is about to become so much worse. The upcoming August 16 episode carries with it the title of “Valkyrie,” and let us just say that this could be a game-changer for the series. Something at the end of Sunday’s episode count start a domino effect that leads to the Navy being looked at as a catalyst for a terrible event. Is Ramsey behind it? It certainly looks that way, and Chandler and the entire crew on the Nathan James are going to have to find a way to rectify this.

Based on the synopsis below, it looks like they may be able to turn things around, but it is possible that they may have to go through many Immunes before it can happen:

“Sean Ramsey broadcasts a message implicating the Navy in a devastating disaster. It’s now more important than ever for Chandler to infiltrate their network and regain the trust of the American people. Nathan James locates the source of the Immune’s signal – a mysterious oil platform in the middle of the ocean. Once there, Chandler and his team engage in a brutal battle with civilian forces who have aligned themselves with the Ramsey’s plan.”

As we get near the end of this season, we only imagine that this war between the scenes will continue to accelerate. For those who enjoy drama, it’s hard to have any reaction here other than excitement. Rest assured that going into the third season, this is not a ship that will be slowing down in the slightest.
