‘Big Brother 17’ live feed spoilers: Laying low and laying in bed

Meg -For the day before a Power of Veto Ceremony, the “Big Brother 17” feeds have been for the most part dead so far Sunday. James only recently woke up, we’ve seen chatter amongst the twins and Austin, and Becky told some stories about Germany and seems to be enjoying the natural process of letting her Head of Household win go to her head. Since many people know Vanessa is getting backdoored, they seem to be in hiding to not screw the plan up.

There’s a good chance Becky is setting herself up for a fall after this week, and for one simple reason: She may think that she made a better move this week than she really did. Had Vanessa won the Veto, her entire plan would have fallen apart and she would end up getting rid of someone like Austin or Steve who are not huge threats to win. Vanessa is extremely dangerous, and she’s smart enough that we think she would beat the majority of the house in front of a jury.

So with the house so quiet and playing with stuffed llamas / potatoes, we thought we’d spend a minute or two talking instead on how weeks ago the After Dark Crew was in terrible shape, and now, they may be feeling really comfortable about their future in this game. Jackie, James, and Meg are a three-person alliance, and that should be a huge threat. However, they’ve all been able to blend into the background the past several days. Sure, if someone like Austin or the Twins win the next Head of Household they could be in trouble, but we’re not sure they would under any other situation. It may even be possible to flip Shelli over away from those three, since she’d be fourth with Austin, Liz, and Julia as allies.

Also, Becky this week has put a pretty big target on her back, and Vanessa really went at Johnny Mac hard before this past Head of Household. Based on really events in the house since Thursday, we would not be shocked if at least two of the Jackie, James, and Meg trio are in the final four. Sure, James is probably the only one right now with a chance of winning, but there’s still time for things to change.
