‘Bachelor in Paradise’ spoilers: Ashley Salter, Ashley Iaconetti, tears decorate latest promo

Just as we and so many else predicted, “The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All” on Monday night served as a great venue for the latest promo for the new season of “Bachelor in Paradise.” What did we learn? More than anything else, it was a reminder that there are going to be plenty of tears before we make it to the end of the series.

Specifically, we are talking mostly about the Ashleys. Ashley Iaconetti and Ashley Salter were both a part of Chris Soules’ season, and we saw plenty of tears and antics involving the two of them on that show. What are we going to have here? More tears and antics! Ashley I. breaks down often in the new trailer, and you have to think that it is presumably about one of the guys she meets and spends some time with.

Then, you have Ashley S. and the birds. We want this to be funny, but after watching her earlier this season on “The Bachelorette” we feel like many of the antics at this point are just played up for that character. Hopefully we get a better take on who she is as a person throughout this season.

There are going to be literally five hours of programming on this show in early August. The first episode is going to air on Sunday, August 2, with the next installment coming the following day. Then, after all of that, there is going to be a one-hour aftershow detailing everything that happens. Whew.
