‘MasterChef’ season 6, episode 4 video: Amusement park pandemonium

While we’ve seen a few different stages of craziness on “MasterChef” season 6 so far, in some ways the season does not begin to get truly intense until we arrive at the first Team Challenge. This is when home cooks have the extreme task of trying to cook a ton of food at a high standard for an enormous mass of people.

This time around, this means trying to impress a huge crowd of hungry people all at an amusement park, which to be honest is probably not the sort of place where we’d want to actually ingest a ton of food. Some of those rides will make you hurl! Also, we wonder if the lineup to get food here is actually longer than the lineup to get on one of the rides.

While there isn’t much of an indication in here as to what sort of food will be cooked, think along the lines of burgers or other classic American food that will go over well. The challenge for the cooks will be figuring out a way to elevate this, while at the same time also making sure that they don’t do anything that is biting off more than they can chew. Keeping the food at a high standard is one of the things that these cooks tend to struggle with the most.
