‘Madam Secretary’ spoilers: Elizabeth and the President team up

While there may have been a few stories on “Madam Secretary” that have been completely made up for the sake of creating drama for the show, there have also been a few others that have some connections to what is going on in real life. One of the latest examples of this is going to be seen during the upcoming 19th episode of the season entitled “Spartan Figures,” which airs on Sunday, April 5.

This episode is going to get a chance to see Elizabeth (Tea Leona) working alongside President Dalton (Keith Carradine) on a crisis in Greece that we’ve heard quite a bit about over the years; it would be interesting to see the show actually tackle this, and it would be almost funny to see the show solve the crisis in a way that we haven’t seen in the public eye.

CBS today unveiled what is the synopsis for this episode, and you can check that out right now below:

“Elizabeth and President Dalton work together to solve the Greek debt crisis, but not everyone at home is happy with the agreement. Meanwhile, Henry mulls over a new job offer, and Stevie reconnects with her childhood friend, the President’s son.”

The Henry storyline here catches our eye, mostly because with almost every change that we see him make, we imagine someone else thoroughly investigating it, and figuring out whether or not it is the right thing for Elizabeth to be associated with. Washington is crazy that way.
