‘Big Brother Canada 3’ spoilers: A live feed for the fans; plus, a chance to enter the house!

BB -Through everything that we’ve seen in regards to “Big Brother Canada” this season already, we are excited. The show has delivered two really great seasons already, and there is no reason given just yet to suddenly think that the fun is going to stop now. There’s an excellent cast aboard, and we’ve heard officially now of a couple of other cool twists to shake things up this season for the fans watching at home.

Live feed changes – First, fans are going to have an opportunity to pick a feed of their choice! There will be a special Fan Feed this season, where you can vote on what is shown by the fifth live-feed camera. The exact mechanism for doing this is unclear, but if you’ve ever been frustrated about a camera going away from a fight right when it gets interesting (we’ve all been there), maybe this is a way to help correct that to a certain extent. With that being said, this will probably only be useful for the first month and a half of the game, when there are still a ton of people in the house.

You can take part in a challenge – If you sign up and take part in some of the latest happenings on the show’s official website, those who reach the Brass level will be entered into  a contest to take part in a challenge this season! The houseguests will be locked away during this, so there is no risk of outside information coming in; however, this will be a chance to get into the house (it’s really cool and surprisingly small) and win some prizes.

For those who area at the Brass level, each additional level you reach will mean another entry.

Sound great? While there’s no information on the twists of the season yet, Global is doing a smart thing here in driving visitors to their site. This is one of the ways in which they fund the show and keep the feeds free. Now, we just wish an American broadcaster would get on board to make it a more continental event.
