‘Reign’ season 2 spoilers: A poisoning and a possible love triangle
While there have already been many twists and turns already when it comes to “Reign,” allow us to add something a little extra here: There will be an investigation into a poisoning! Things will become far more complicated for a variety of reasons moving forward, and that includes Mary having to deal with feelings for someone other than Francis, and for Narcisse to actually be involved … in a love triangle? We have to think that there is something a little more secret at play here than what we know superficially.
Some of the details that we are talking about within the context of this article are from the upcoming February 12 episode entitled “The End of Mourning,” which certainly sounds ominous on the surface. We feel that way even more after reading the synopsis:
“As Mary (Adelaide Kane) and Francis (Toby Regbo) investigate who was behind the poisoning of King Henry (Alan Van Sprang), they unearth secrets of the past which force Mary to confront her feelings for Condé (Sean Teale) as she attempts to move forward. Catherine (Megan Follows) finds herself in the middle of a romantic triangle when the Duke of Guise (guest star Gil Darnell) returns, which forces Narcisse (Craig Parker) to commit a hideous act out of desperation. Meanwhile, Greer (Celina Sinden) finds herself in a situation she never fathomed in order to survive.”
Ultimately, we feel like this series is going to have a pretty difficult time trying to figure out how to be more shocking or heartbreaking than what we’ve seen so far this season. With that being said, we suppose that they have to try.

Um. Sorry but wasn’t King Henry killed by Francis? Why are they “investigating the poisoning?” I dont get it. I absolutely love LOVE reign. It’s my guilty pleasure. I’m so happy to see that has been renewed for season 3! Let’s hope for Season 4 too! I guess they have to do some twist like more complots, betrayals, etc. Not Mary of course because the real Queen Mary was very good and kind so no, Francis either because he was good also and they love each other so unless Conde kills Francis I dont know how they will get together LOL. Real history shows that when Francis die, Catherine goes to the throne and Queen Mary goes back to Scotland. So…. I dont know..! Greer…. Um… Will they charged Castleroy ?? If so… she will have to make a decision! Um.. LOvE this SHOW and apparenty Adelaide Kane is really very same as the real queen was. Lol

Henrys actions now could have been from poison but who, my guess is Diane. Mary never showed that she had any romantic inclinations towards Conde, she was grateful he keep Francis safe during the plaque. To her they were helping each other out, doesnt she say in an upcoming episode she never meant for him to misinterprete her actions! What could Narcisse do thats so bad, kill Lola or maybe her son!

Interesting theory. I don’t know if kill Lola’s son but kidnapp may be. Or may be threat poor Mary. I don’t get why they talked about “love triangle” and is Catherine, the duque and narcisee. LoL
