ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 7, episode 12 video: Stana Katic, Nathan Fillion, and a familiar situation

Castle -You’ve seen it time and time again on “Castle” over the past sever years, but somehow, it still feels new the majority of the time that we see it: Castle and Beckett get themselves into a pretty intimate situation, and then something or someone comes and spoils the fun.

Traditionally, the situation that we see more often than not is that right before they start to really get close to third base, they get a phone call from the precinct telling them that there is a murder case. Basically, the NYPD has a real habit for spoiling good times. However, there’s a pretty big twist now that keeps that from happening in the same exact way anymore: Castle is not with the PD anymore due to some of what happened in the winter finale. Now, he’s a private eye, and the show clearly needed to think of another fun way to ruin the good time.

In the sneak peek below (via TV Guide) for Monday night’s new episode “Private Eye Caramba,” you can see specifically Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic’s characters get interrupted by an actual person rather than a phone call, and it is right in the middle of Rick’s new P.I. office. Before this woman walks in, let’s just say that we have a play on words on here that we’re pretty surprised got by standards and practices … though we’re pretty happy that it did.

This episode features the first real case that Castle has been hired for since getting his license, even though he found a way to get involved last week with “Castle P.I.” Specifically, he will be working a case that involves a telenovela, and we anticipate a wide array of craziness to come as a result of that.
