‘Supernatural’ season 10 spoilers: Official take on next Felicia Day episode

Felicia Day -It was made clear a little while ago that Felicia Day was going to be returning to “Supernatural” at some point pretty early on in the new year, it was slightly less clear at the time when that would be. Since then, the details have started to creep in: The title is “There’s No Place Like Home,” and the date is Tuesday, January 28.

Now, the official synopsis released by The CW lets us know even more about how Charlie re-enters the world of Sam and Dean Winchester again, and how there are some secrets about her time in Oz that are going to be revealed. Take a look at the synopsis below:

“Sam (Jared Padalecki) is scanning the internet for suspicious paranormal activity and comes across a video of Charlie (guest star Felicia Day) beating up a district attorney. Dean (Jensen Ackles) suspects she’s back from Oz and hunting on her own, assuming the district attorney must have been a demon. When they do find Charlie, they are shocked when she tells them why she really came back from Oz.”

It’s a little early still to know what to think about this episode, though we do at least believe that in theory, it looks as though it will be a pretty entertaining hour of TV. After all, we’re going to figure out through this more and more on how Charlie handled her time away, whether or not Oz changed her, and if she still has a good rapport with the boys. Of course, the result of the latter could involve in some way the circumstances of her return.

This has been a big week as a whole for “Supernatural,” given that Misha Collins won a People’s Choice Award for his work as Castiel. Read about his celebration over at the link here, and sign up now to get even more TV updates sent right to your email inbox.
