‘NCIS’ season 12, episode 11 preview: New video featuring Jeri Ryan
In keeping with the season of giving, we have another “NCIS” preview right now that has been delivered courtesy of CBS.
Specifically, this is the first video footage that we’ve had the chance to see of Jeri Ryan since she was first cast on the show as Gibbs’ second ex-wife. Not only that, but she and another ex happen to know each other! If you thought that this meant bad news for Mark Harmon’s character, then you would be right. It’s terrible news for the character.
In this video, you have a chance to see Ryan’s character find Gibbs at a place that is very opportune for her, mostly because there is no way that he can really escape: A crime scene. There is apparently a need for a hasty conversation, and while this entire exchange is going on, Bishop, McGee, and Tony behind him seem to be very much excited to finally get a visual confirmation on the second ex in their boss’ life. This leads to at least one really funny moment involving Bishop and a phone, right after Gibbs tells them to get back to work.
This episode, entitled “Check,” airs on Tuesday, January 6, and money looks to at least play some sort of role in it. The twist here is that it may not be in the way in which you would originally think.
Of course, we are going to have even more news on this episode as it gets closer to it airing, though we are not sure if CBS will release any further sneak peeks.

Wow..4 ex wives not to mention Jenny Sheppard? This man just kept measuring them up against Shannon and they always came in second best and they knew it. That is why some just left and another went to Fornell. Just tired of the non stop Gibbs women. If he doesn’t want to settle down fine but I am already sick of Agent Keats and so sick and tired of Bishop’s antics.

It probably explains why his rules were more important than the happiness of his two supposed surrogate “kids”. If Gibbs had let Tony and ZiVA solidify their relationship, the character may never have felt the need to run away to have a life. So disenchanted with Gibbs and his wives, his lack of concern for the true well being of all his team, his useless golden girl. Just ugg.

Really disappointed with Gibbs and the ex wives angle again. It seems to be all about him, even the last episode it was Tim talking but Gibb’s rules. He is no longer my cup of tea. have the showrunners and lead writer run out of storylines? Very tired of Tony’s parade of Women too. NCIS does not appear to treat women well. except for Bishop. She can be incompetent and still be there.

AGAIN!!! So tired of Gibbs ex wives!! Why is okay for that man to have so many women on the show?! I don’t understand why Tony and Ziva was not allowed? It seems to that Tony would be content being left alone. Gibbs is allowed multiple marriages? It tells me he does not value women. They are disposable commodities and not valued at all.

Agreed. This season of NCIS is a parade of one possibe, former, new, lost, or relocated love interest after another. When there was a natural and organically developed relationship thst Meant something to viewers, that was too “soapy” but with one of them gone, it’s almost all we get. Love interests up the wazoo that we don’t want to see like tge stupid Teats ship) or that we aren’t very interested in, like the spouse of the most useless character on the show.
Puleeeeaaase, stop already!

I’m just tired of all the focus going onto Gibbs all the time anyway. They used to let Tony be a bad ass hero but now it’s all Gibbs all the time. McGee seems to have become second in command and the writers other darling. I miss seeing Michael Weatherly’s Tony being used for something besides window dressing or comic relief while every episode has to focus on the wonders and dramas of super Gibbs. I used to like Gibbs, but now I’m sick of him because with the exception of McGee, tptb don’t even pretend to care about any other characters.

Gibbs should be in charge and tony need s his ziva and McGhee needs to go forward instead of being a joke all the time. Bishop needs to go. She’s boring
