‘The Mentalist’ season 7 premiere video: Jane, Lisbon, and a toast

Can you believe that the waiting for new episodes of “The Mentalist” is finally near the end? This has been such a long, arduous wait to figure out if we were ever going to have any sort of closure when it comes to the show, and we are definitely more than thrilled that we are going to.

This final season looks to combine a little bit of everything for all those who have loved the show so far, and that includes action, surprises, and a little bit of trademark Patrick Jane humor to go along with it. He’s always been a sly guy, and just because he is with Lisbon does not mean that he is suddenly going to simmer down and be quiet.

The promo below goes beyond just the premiere “Nothing But Blue Skies,” regardless of whatever the title of the video below may have you believe. There is actually some footage in here of Erica Flynn (Morena Baccarin), who is not going to actually be appearing on the show until the upcoming third episode “Orange Blossom Ice Cream.” That’s just a nice little nod to the series’ past, which is something that we imagine we are going to see early and often throughout the final season of the show.

These thirteen episodes are going to air throughout the holiday season, and will continue until near the end of February. Therefore, the great news is that you’re going to almost always have something great to watch.
