‘The Mentalist’ season 7 spoilers: See Lisbon in prison (with a visit from Jane)

The flurry of news related to “The Mentalist” continues! Today, we have another image related to the December 7 episode entitled “The Greybar Hotel,” which is otherwise going to be known as the one where Teresa Lisbon goes all “Orange is the New Black” in order to solve a case.

If there is some good news for her, though, it is that she’s not going to be completely abandoned by Jane. She’ll have a visit from him! Doesn’t the attached image here make you swoon a little bit? If nothing else, it does at least bring a smile to our face that these two characters are finding a way to keep their relationship alive.

While in theory, it is possible that Jane and Lisbon could break up since people in real life do, but we doubt it. After all, wouldn’t that be the most depressing end to the series imaginable? We’ve waited for so long to see these people together, so we cannot imagine an ending that would contain something other than the two finding a way to continue to make this work.

With all of this being said, they are going to continue to have some other struggles that they will be forced to deal with. They have to find a way to ensure that their relationship will not impact their job negatively, and also how to handle all of the stress of working around the clock. Sometimes, Jane does not follow the rules, and this creates more problems personally than it even does professionally.
