Who’s ready for some further “Beauty and the Beast” scoop? The great thing about what we have to report today is simply that it is a reminder that much of what we have said so far this year about the show’s trajectory is still true: The priority is to actually try to keep Cat and Vincent together in the third season. That is not validation that it will happen, but the hope is not to send the couple down the familiar will-they-or-won’t-they road.
With that in mind, it seems like the two may be trying to put in even some extra work to try to ensure that their relationship is on pretty solid footing. Per a new report coming in now from TVLine, the fourth episode of the third season will feature an appearance by none other than a marriage counselor … though in this case, it may be more of just a “relationship counselor” given that the two parties are not actually married.
One of the issues that the two may be working on here is that they are looking to try and do different things career-wise. While they still have the “hunting down bad guys” missions that they will be taking on from time to time, Vincent is going to try to head back in the medical field again, just like he was back before all of this craziness started. While they live in a very supernatural world, the issues that these two have to work on are still in many ways human.
