‘Big Brother 16’ live feed spoilers: Perception is reality

Derrick -Let us start with getting the obvious out of the way in “Big Brother” nominations: As Head of Household, Frankie has nominated Cody and Victoria, otherwise known as the two people he could stand the lose the most from this group. Cody has wanted him gone for a couple weeks now, and Victoria is Victoria.

There isn’t really any need to talk about strategy here, given that the houseguests all collectively pushed the button. That means we’re going to basically have an episode in the double-eviction formal on Thursday, with Frankie not necessarily serving as the Head of Household any longer.

What is a little more interesting to us at this very moment is watching things unfold in the house from a PR perspective, especially in the wake of Christine being booed. This singular moment has caused more paranoia for these people than anything else, especially with this whole “I’d rather lose and be loved than win and be hated” thing. Suddenly, the likes of Cody, Derrick, and Frankie are talking about how cool Donny and Zach were after bashing them for months, seemingly thinking that viewers are dumb enough to forget about everything said in the past.

We suppose we cannot fully blame the group, given that nobody wants to be booed. With that being said, we sincerely doubt any of them will be. The only person who could be at risk of a few boos here and there is Frankie, and the audience will probably be full of Ariana Grande fans or something when he gets sent out. Christine was an easy target, just because of the Cody thing and because she doesn’t have a famous sibling.

We’ll have to say where this goes, but all five of the remaining players are in for a rude awakening when they leave and realize that none of them are popular. Derrick can at least claim that he played a great game, and that’s it.
