‘Teen Wolf’ season 4, episode 12 (finale) spoilers: Another look at ‘The Broken Spell’

In what we imagine is going to be a major theme throughout the week, MTV wants to give you as many previews as possible for “The Broken Spell.” This episode marks the end of “Teen Wolf” season 4, and could also be one of the biggest episodes of the entire series depending on what happens.

It feels like going into these episodes, we are always worried about whether or not a given character is in jeopardy of really losing this life. This time around, this given character is Scott McCall. Tyler Posey’s character is trapped within the body of a berserker, and may be compelled to attack his very friends. Whether or not they will be able to know this in time, or really stop from killing him even if they do know out of survival, is something that still remains to be seen.

Will this episode live up to the expectations that we have for it? That in itself is going to be a pretty tremendous challenge for a number of different reactions. We’d obviously be devastated if the show lost Tyler Posey, but it would be proof that the writers and producers have a big set of you-know-what for being able to do something like that. We do feel like the show could in theory go on without him, but this may not be a risk worth taking. You’ve already lost so many people from the original cast, it feels like the smarter move would be to at least keep this group around as long as possible.
