ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 4 spoilers: James Tupper on new, full-time gig

After being the flashback king on “Revenge” for the past few years, David Clarke is finally going to get some time in the spotlight in season 4. Why is that? You can thank the actor’s recent promotion to series regular.

With this in mind, it certainly seems like there is plenty coming up for James Tupper to explore and enjoy with this character … especially since we are starting to learn that he is developing a little bit more of a mean streak. For some more on that, just look at what the actor had to say in a new interview with E! News:

“I’m really excited to be back with the cast, it’s super fun … I think he’s been through a lot in his life, he’s working it out. He’s got a lot of issues. Maybe he needs a therapist?” 

Wait, does “working it out” mean killing someone kind of like he did with Conrad Grayson … at least seemingly? That is one thing that the show seems to be interested in exploring, and we also need to figure out just who this man really is and where he has been hiding for all of this time.

In addition to all of this, one other key piece of information that we’d love some updates about is if he will truly be a huge fixture on the upcoming season, or if this is going to be another Kara situation where you see him for a few episodes and that is really it.
