‘The Blacklist’ season 2 spoilers: The reported premiere title is…

The Blacklist logo any seasonWhile September 22 is still a ways away, you luckily do not have to wait that long to a few more pieces of insight regarding “The Blacklist” season 2. Specifically here, we’re talking about the premiere title.

According to SpoilerTV, the name of the first episode back, which could also presumably introduce the character Naomi Hyland played by Mary-Louise Parker, is “Lord Baltimore.” There is not much to go on here with this title (and it also has not been confirmed by NBC just yet); still, we find it pretty darn cool. It seems like the name of either a supervillain, or something terrible that is about to happen on “The Wire.” Either are wins in our book.

One of the first orders of business in this premiere will be seeing what happens with Reddington and Berlin next, and in addition to that, there are also plenty of struggles to come for Liz Keen. After all, she’s having to reinvent herself after the disaster with Tom in season 1, and we assume that this will be no easy task. You don’t just get over the fact that you were lied to for the majority of your adult life by someone, and that is coming after already having a rough go at life as a child. She’s a damaged person; she may still be tough, but we have a hard time imagining her being able to handle a long-term relationship anytime soon. (We know that her and Ressler will have their ‘shippers, but something between the two of them should be an exercise in patience.)

We’ll have more on “The Blacklist” as the news comes out, so stay tuned for some more on that.
