‘The Fosters’ season 2, episode 8 preview: ‘Girls Reunited,’ and Rosie O’Donnell’s return
Next week, “The Fosters” is going to return to some familiar stopping grounds in Girls United, and there’s also going to be a familiar face turning up again in Rosie O’Donnell. You’ll see her on “The View” again this fall, but before that, you’ll see her back in a familiar role this summer.
This episode coming up is fittingly titled “Girls Reunited,” and there is going to be so much to touch on. Community Day will be here, and that alone will lead into some story for Callie as touches back in on a part of her past.
While this all will be interesting, there is also so much more that will be going on in here. There will be some romantic moments, some dramatic ones, and a few that may have you questioning character motivations.
Now, we’ll share the full synopsis below. Take a look:
“Callie pays a visit to Girls United to pitch in for Community Day and is surprised by new developments at her former foster group home. Paranoid neighbors are putting pressure on the home’s landlord to kick the girls out, and a new resident has secrets that could jeopardize the safety of the entire group.
“Meanwhile, Mariana and Hayley plan to cook a romantic double-date dinner for Mat and Jesus. And Stef receives a concerning letter from Ana.”
Are we excited about what lies ahead? Definitely, and we’re also shocked that there are only a few episodes left this summer. Hopefully Callie’s life will be together at least completely by the end of this, and hopefully we’ll see some other character moments along the way.
