‘Arrow’ season 3 spoilers: Episode titles and obvious Sara Lance scoop
By this point in time, you’ve already heard that Caity Lotz is going to be coming back to “Arrow” for an arc early this coming season, which is basically further verification that it’s almost like she was never gone at all.
What will the Canary be up to? She has a specific mission in mind for coming back after spending more time with the League of Assassins. What we can tell you for the time being is this little ominous slice of news: The upcoming second episode of season 3 is entitled “Sara.” If we were to put on our speculation cap for this, there are a handful of reasons that we could think of as to why the show would go in this direction for a name:
- This is an episode where something huge happens to Sara.
- This is an episode that features a ton of flashbacks focusing on her time after separating from Oliver on the island.
- This is an episode where you just have the largest story for her we’ve seen to date, and the team couldn’t come up with something more appropriate.
The only thing that we would assume for now is that you’re not going to see her and Oliver Queen hooking up again. We feel like what she said about herself at the end of season 2 was pretty binding, and there is no reason to revisit that. Plus, we know already that Oliver at least asks Felicity on a date in the premiere.
One thing that we personally expect to see to a certain degree early this season are a series of stories giving us further insight into all of our characters. We’re going to learn more about Felicity this year, just as we expect to see plenty of what happens next with Thea, and how Diggle handles the news that he is going to be a father.
