‘Teen Wolf’ season 4, episode 5 preview: The not-so-magic school bus
“Teen Wolf” is going to be coming back on the air Monday night with another new episode, and one of the primary orders of business is going to be figuring out what the deadpool means of all supernatural creatures in Beacon Hills.
Unfortunately, the sneak peek below is not going to give you much of a sense of that. Instead, the only thing that we really take from this is that this may be one of the most terrifying school buses that we’ve ever seen. You have to remember here that we went through high school, as well, so we’ve already got quite a sense already of some of the terrible school buses that are out there. At least we weren’t riding on one at night in fear that something supernatural was going to pop up out of nowhere and murder us.
So instead of trying to analyze this preview too much, let’s instead go through some more of what we specifically want to see Monday night:
- Motives for the Benefactor – It’s easier to hate a villain once you understand them further, and at the moment we don’t really understand much of anything about this guy. Sooner or later, that is going to have to change for this story to be much more effective.
- Something further for Stiles and Malia – If these two really are meant to be, continue to build upon the story. The show still has work to make Malia someone who longtime fans of the show are going to root for.
- More Kate Argent – Seriously. We’ve been hoping ever since the end of season 3 that we would see her more than we have so far. It’s been pretty limited.

Yeah the only other two scary bus scenes were 1) in Scott’s dreams when he thought he attacked Allison and then his memory thing that Derek made him do because that was our first sense of Peter and 2) well, Scott was pretty much dying out of guilt when he thought his actions led to Derek’s death.
This whole mantra thing is new, and makes me wonder why Derek wasn’t teaching that to his pack or Scott. But then, Scott and Isaac both seem to have better control on full moons than others with their ‘anchor’ system.
