‘Big Brother 16’ live feed spoilers: Was the Power of Veto winner a surprise?
Saturday was set to be one of the more interesting Power of Veto Competitions of the entire “Big Brother 16” season, mostly because it would help to set the stage for if the alliance of guys could really establish firm control in the house. Head of Household Cody had a great chance of making sure Brittany did not win, given that he had her, fellow nominee Victoria, Zach, Nicole, and Caleb all taking part in the competition.
Luckily for us, something that almost no one could’ve seen coming took place: Victoria actually winning something! This keeps this from being a predictable week, and opens the door for a shocking backdoor if the cards align right. The funniest part about this is that there was seemingly some sort of World Cup theme to this, and Cody has some professional soccer experience. There were also rewards: Nicole is stuck with a unitard (which we guess isn’t that much of a reward, while Zach won a trip to Germany, who won the cup this year).
Cody has an interesting decision to make now: Caleb’s name has floated around as a backdoor possibility, but getting him up and out of the house now is dangerous given that he will try to blow up everything. It’d be bad for most of the guys, and even potentially bad for some of the women. It would, however, be entertaining. Donny is a safer choice from a “not causing problems” perspective, with the final one being putting up someone like Nicole as a super-pawn, knowing that she is not going anywhere and this will ensure Brittany’s exit. It’s just going to be hard for these guys since it’s so clear that they are working together, and they are not going to be able to be the Brigade all over again.
