’24: Live Another Day’ finale spoilers: Yvonne Strahovski, Kiefer Sutherland, and a time jump
You’ve made it through 11 of the most intense hours of “24” ever this season, and throughout we image you’ve been wondering how this show can keep its title while only having 12 episodes.
Well, this issue is going to be resolved in some shape or form next week, when the “event series” comes to a close with an episode that will technically span a full 13 hours of Jack Bauer’s life. The time jump will happen at some point during this episode, and many lives will also be lost. Given that this may very well be the last we ever see of the show, all bets are pretty much off.
The episode Monday will be huge, given that Kiefer Sutherland and Yvonne Strahovski’s characters have to find a way now to not only stop Cheng Zhi, but also saved some beloved “24” characters and ensure that there is no war between the United States and China. “In the highly anticipated season finale, the clock ticks toward the final seconds of Jack Bauer’s most heroic day. As the world teeters on a terror plot of mass proportions, Jack and the team reunite one last time to avert an imminent international crisis. With little time left and the fate of the free world on the line, Jack is faced with an unthinkable and grave decision. Lives will be lost and the American administration will grapple with the day’s most devastating news as the clock stops.”

I think Chloe doesn’t make it .. I have a reason to think that, but we’ll see .. my guess is if she does go.. it will be sacrificing herself trying to stop the device… she mentioned in one of the teasers that she felt responsible because Adrian Cross used her knowledge/skills to build the device in the first place and it’s already killed a lot of people..
But who knows.. I also think Kate either gets shot when trying to stop the sniper ( you see the sniper take aim at her ) or .. she makes the sniper panic and he takes a shot at Audrey.. fatal or not, we don’t know yet.
But if Kate does live… I think Jack will die .. Kate was given a VERY strong role this season and could easily lead a spinoff…

The draped Flag Coffin was telling/ its either Jack or The President…Chang eventually gets attacked and IF there are no plans to bring back “24” in any form then Jack perhaps gives himself up. All speculation of course.

I think that agent morgan in grief of her husband is going to give her life so that Jack Bauer and Audrey can be happy…I believe on the last episode of 24 president Heller will faint from grieve when he finds out his daughter may or did die..I believe that it will take everything for the chinese to believe the Russians were behind this manipulation of starting war. I believe sutherland will hang up the towel but the show I liked seeing Morgan new young lady agent with Jackwill go forward excellent chemistry on screen

I think that’s an optimistic view.. I honestly don’t see 24 getting that great of a happy ending .. the reviewers who’ve screen it said it has every emotion but joy..

One you nailed this…who knew…I hope the writers read all your opinions…we invested so much heart and time. At the end of the day we love this man, we wanted Joy and happiness for Jack. I also believe we are not truly entertained (hollywood)if we dont get some type of happy ending. The writers let me down this show is a cultlike..its bigger than their pen…Jack is a beacon of hope, but someone forgot to let them know that.

I think they left themselves open to bring it back for another season depending on how well this did.. the happy ending is Jack is still alive, and the cliffhanger is now is in hands of the Russians.. Chloe has been set free and she’s with Belcheck who is awesome in his own right as a fighter.
I could see the next season dealing with Chloe and Belcheck teaming up to get Jack out with the help of Kate.. or it could be that the US learns of Jack’s capture and puts together a team lead by Kate and with Chloe and Belcheck involved to Jack out..
There’s so many ways it could go since the key important characters made it out alive..
I know the show runners are interested in doing another.. Kiefer mentioned being ready for another
