ABC’s ‘Resurrection’ finale spoilers: See Rachel’s starting revelation
Tomorrow night on ABC, we will be at the end of the road with “Resurrection” courtesy of what should be a pretty exciting finale. Will all of your questions be answered? Probably not, just because things seem to be getting only more insane rather than clearer. There are more returnees than ever before in the town of Arcadia, Missouri, including people from all eras and walks of life.
However, there is no stranger returnee right now than Rachel. Not only is she dead, but she has been killed twice! Yet, she is still back in the town, and the mystery further deepens because of that. This is almost a signal that these newcomers cannot be fully understood, and nor can they be killed off again. That is going to make trying to battle them in the event that they become hostile somewhat difficult.
Unfortunately, the same could be said for the overall sentiment that some in Arcadia have for these people. Nobody is particularly thrilled to have them around, and this means that some pretty substantial drama could unfold in the future if the Army gets involved. Based on what we’ve seen already, it could, and this crisis may not be able to really be kept a secret any longer.
The interesting implications this really has would be for the second season. What happens if the news becomes public, and you have to start dealing with the likes of news reporters and others invading the city looking to get a story? This place could pretty much become a zoo.
