‘The Amazing Race 24’: Preview next episode with Caroline & Jennifer chat

If you love “The Amazing Race,” it main feel to you like you’ve been waiting forever for a new episode … and understandably so. The Academy of Country Music Awards were on last week, and when you remember that there has only been one actual elimination in the past three weeks, it probably feels like the season has been stuck in one gear for a long time.

Luckily, we’ve got almost a full half-hour worth of video content that could get you fully into race mode again. If you look below, you can see some of what Caroline & Jennifer had to say to fans during a lengthy ConnectChat put on by CBS. This was something that we have to say was completely random for a number of reasons.

-First of all, out of all the teams to put in front of America, why put one that is still int eh race? At least some that are not involved anymore can give you answers about the full experience for them.

-Why start this in the middle of the season?

-Will some other teams get a chance to do this soon?

We’ll at least say that despite coming in last place, the country singers have surpassed some preseason expectations. They’ve managed to be strategic players, and excel at making alliances and trying to use the other teams’ perceptions of them to get ahead. It’s certainly possible that they could survive the Speed Bump Sunday, but they’re going to have a hard time in later rounds when the margin of error is so tiny. They were last on this past leg, and they really didn’t even do anything that was that egregious to end up in that place.
